To improve the Education sector, we have developed new infrastructure facilities and with the help of our foreign partners, equipped laboratories with state-of-the-art equipment and tools relating to fields of industrial engineering to support the growing demand for skilled labour in the market. By upgrading the facilities and infrastructure in institutes like IET Katunayaka we have the ability to improve the level of employment and the standard of the skilled workforce of Sri Lanka. We will continue to further improve this sector with the development of a National Vocational Training Institute in Polonnaruwa and many other projects in the pipeline.
